Our Family Beginnings
After retiring from the Navy in 1947, Frank opened the bottom of his 1921 home to share family recipes with Corpus Christi. With dedication and love, he created a welcoming space where classic Italian meals were enjoyed by friends, neighbors, and families, setting the foundation for four generations of cooking.
